The Lambeth Council digital universe has grown to an overwhelming 65 websites for services. This results in a disjointed experience for users, overlapping content and inconsistencies. Lambeth Council approached us to elevate the existing website’s look and feel and, more importantly, to provide designers and developers with tools to create engaging campaigns and content.

Digital style guide

To achieve this, we built a style guide for designers, product managers and developers that provides a common language around Lambeth Council brand components. All brand elements are accessed through a rich component library and includes snippets of code for reference.

Discovery workshop

We facilitated a discovery workshop to scrutinise the existing site, identify opportunities and establish a new workflow for the digital team when approaching websites. A style guide combined with a new microsite creation process is a step closer to standardising campaigns that are easier to find, drive more engagement and ultimately reduce costs.
